Established in November 2010, Testled has grown month-on-month to three full-time employees, and have established a strong network of clients and partners. With our head office in Fleet we have easy access to London and the south of the country. We also have offices in Blackpool and Sheffield, allowing us to service the north.
We love getting to know new businesses, so if you have a project coming up or an idea you want to get off the ground, or even an existing project in trouble, contact us and see how we can help.
Testled have an expert in-house development team, and access to a hand-picked pool of talented freelancers.
On the web, we use the rapid prototyping and development features of Django to help you deliver high quality software quickly, and we bring the same expertise to mobile development.
If you have an existing project which needs some attention, we also offer Django Consultancy and Project Rescue services.
Our strong processes allow us to prototype, develop, refine and launch your project quickly and to an extremely high quality standard.
We are always up-front with our pricing, and your invoice is based on delivered software, not time spent, so we can make the best use of your budget. This allows us to work through your project in stages, so you get predictable invoices, and no surprises.
We won't disappear once your project has been completed. Your project manager will always be available to provide support, and to discuss further improvements to the software we delivered. No call centers, no support tickets, just a direct phone number.

As patrons of Aldershot Town, we were delighted when the club approached us to build their official iPhone application. The club were looking to boost supporter engagement, and to make better use of their live match update service.
Working with the club from the earliest wireframes, we created the app, which displays the latest club news, results, offers and player profiles. Behind the application is a custom CMS, which allows the club to add sponsors, news and offers, as well as receive and forward live match updates as they arrive.
Following launch, the feedback we received was overwhelming, and the application is on track to achieve 1000 downloads in its first month in the App Store.

Ops Support provides technical and flight safety services to the private aircraft industry. The offer consultancy, maintainable, trip planning and safety audit services.
As many of Ops Support's customer are based outside of the UK we designed and built a site that was easy to use and clear, paying close attention to the services section of the site.

The International Companion Animal Welfare Conference (ICAWC) is one of many of many valuable services run by the Dogs Trust, improving the life quality for dogs around the word.
The Dogs Trust wanted a site where they could promote all of their international training courses and international aid projects, allow delegates to easily book course places and download training material.
The site was entirely bespoke, with the projects, courses and resources sections all written in Django to meet the needs of the client. We used the SlideShare API for course information. The project maps are generated through the Google Maps API with a custom icon set to mark Dogs Trust's involvement in the project. We developed the booking form to accept bookings over SSL to make sure that delegate and payment information was handled securely.
We paid particular attention to the search section of the site, making it easy for the user to find the data they require.

We were commissioned to build an application which offers in browser usability testing. Usability testing is expensive, often done in a lab environment with an array of equipment for recording the user's face, voice and computer usage.
The usability testing app allows for the lab environment to be mimicked within your web browser. A test is created by an administrator with a number of tasks associated (find the most expensive item in our store, sign up to our discount package etc.). The test can then be sent out to a range of users all of which can complete the tasks from any computer.

Xen Manager is a general purpose web application for managing a web hosting service.
Xen Manager allows administrators to provision and modify virtual machines, and easily generate invoices based on resource usage. This application models the business objects of the hosting company, from customers to machines, which allowed the client a complete overview of their business. Specific functionality, such as provisioning a new server was implemented with Python, which operated out of the request cycle, powered by Celery.

Staff Portal is a staff management application for the hospitality industry. The application we developed allows management of bookings, staff rotas, travel expenses and job invoicing.

We were approached by RUPC Ltd. in April 2010, with an initial brief to develop an online property directory. As the idea was still in it's infancy, we worked with RUPC to develop the site structure and explore revenue models, which we developed over several weeks into a detailed project specification.
Working from our specification, which covered both the front and back-end features of the website, we began the build of the site. Over the next three months, Testled built the application, sourced design work, and the site entered it's beta phase in July 2010, to excellent feedback from several of RUPC Ltd.'s existing clients who signed up to the site within a week of it launching.
RuralWorkspace.co.uk is built on our own fully-owned and managed dedicated server platform, and we provisioned application, database and media servers. The application itself is written in Django, using MySQL as a data store. The site makes heavy use of Yahoo! YQL for the large amount of geocoding required, with the media files stored on Amazon S3. This gives RuralWorkspace.co.uk a combination of scalability and stability which cannot be matched by using a fully cloud-based server infrastructure.

BNI is a 25 year old business and professional organisation that allows only one person from each trade or profession to join a chapter. Each chapter meets once a week over breakfast and our local chapter, The Farnborough Jets, were looking to promote their chapter and set themselves apart.
We started by looking at other chapter websites, many of them had used the same colours and the same layout, they felt very corporate and cold. Having attended their meetings and seen the atmosphere we wanted to deliver something that was inviting and different from the rest.
The site uses a custom CMS to manage the members, news and referrals sections.

Bookajet are a private jet and charter company working with both businesses and individuals. They wanted a site that could be managed by their in-house IT team which they could use to promote their fleet and services.
We built the site using Django CMS which allowed for page templates to be set up with full content management and multilingual support. From this base we built custom data models to drive specialist sections and functionality on the site. This included administration and front end sections for their fleet, jobs, news and offers as well as full management of banners, hotboxes and testimonials.

The 2011 ski season was looming and existing clients Bookajet wanted to capitalise on their increased search volumes, along with running a dedicated marketing campaign via email and direct mail.
We produced the Bookajet Ski landing page in line with their existing brand. We used an interactive map to show key airports, resorts and cities, allowing the user to click on an icon and automatically populate the contact form.

Merge Communications are a telecommunications company offering a range of services to businesses. Having struck a deal to advertise on a popular local website, Merge wanted their own site updated to draw in this new traffic and convert that traffic to enquiries.
We tried to stay away from clichéd images related to telecoms to make the site stand out. We broke Merge's services down into four main sections and set up a promotions page to attract attention.
Having never had an enquiry through their previous site, Merge received website enquiries within a week of their new site launching.

Pureety produce innovative range of liquid marinades with a blend of distinct flavours, all produced by an award winning chef. Pureety wanted a way to promote their marinades and add value for their customer by giving recipe ideas, news, offers and more.
The site was developed from scratch; we built a tagging system that allowed for marinades to be linked to all sections of the site and a custom shopping cart and ecommerce system. Features include a comments and ratings system, allowing customers to vote on their favourite recipes, customised administration sections to manage users, registrations, recipes, competitions and news, and integration with the Barclaycard EPQD payment system.
Pureety was designed by our friends at 2am Media.

Ticino Desinex's timebase correction unit is currently used in a number of CCTV control rooms.
Ticino Desinex wanted to clearly show the unit as well as give the user all the technical information that they would require. They also wanted an SEO-friendly build, as they wanted to be listed on the search engines for their key terms.
We worked to ensure that the technical information was laid out in a clear and concise way by use of tables and process diagrams. We kept the site to a single page and added an easy to use contact form at the bottom.

The Local Authority Investigation Officers Group (LAIOG) is an organisation involving Local Authority investigators, primarily those involved in the investigation of Housing and Council Tax Benefit fraud.
LAIOG approached us to completely rebuild their website to reflect their current organisational needs. Along with promoting their own work through public-facing content such as news and events, they also wanted a comprehensive extranet, with forums, a member directory and a document archive to serve the needs of their members.
The site consists of a series of deeply-integrated Django applications, all of which have been developed specifically for LAIOG.

Users can then view documents in-browser via a customised Flash document viewer, with rich printing and annotation features.
